What is Keevora?
Keevora is a digital memory book made for stories worth keeping. You can build a book around a relationship, friendship, birthday, anniversary, family memories, a personal story, or simply a collection of moments you never want to lose.
Create individual pages with dates, titles, notes, photos, and unlock dates.
Choose a cover theme, book icon, webpage background, and page decorations.
Give someone a link to read your book or create a dedicated gift link.
Use future unlock dates for pages you want to reveal later.
Create your first book
Starting a Keevora book is designed to be simple.
Configure your book
Open Configure Book from your dashboard when you want to change the book's core information.
Book purpose
Keevora includes presets such as My Love, Best Friend, Birthday, Anniversary, Family, Graduation, Someone I Miss, Our Story, and Just Because. The purpose can also guide you with suggested page ideas.
Book visibility
You can make the book public for anyone with the link, or protect it with a Share PIN. A PIN-protected book asks visitors for the PIN before opening it.
Customize your book
Use Customize Book to change the visual identity of your memory book.
- Cover theme — choose the overall color and paper style of the book.
- Book icon — personalize the symbol shown on your book.
- Webpage background — add a decorative background effect to the reading experience.
- Stickers — add decorative elements to make the book feel more personal.
Write and manage pages
Go to Book Pages to see the memories already inside your book. Create a new page with Write a New Page.
Each page can include
- A date label
- A page title
- A written memory or letter
- A photo
- Decorative stickers
- An optional unlock date
Pages are ordered as part of your book, so you can build a timeline from the beginning of a story to the moments you want to remember most.
Decorate your pages
The page editor includes a sticker area where you can add decorative elements to a memory page. You can use the built-in sticker palette, adjust sticker size and color where supported, and upload an image sticker for more personal decoration.
Share your book
Your dashboard provides an Open your book option for previewing the reader experience. Public books can be shared using their Keevora book link.
Private + PIN
If your book is protected by a Share PIN, visitors need the correct PIN before they can read it. This gives you a simple way to share a book while keeping the contents behind an extra layer of protection.
Give this book
Give This Book is made for turning a memory book into a gift. Add a recipient and an optional message, then create a gift link that you can copy and share with them.
The gift experience lets the recipient open the book through its dedicated gift URL while preserving the book's sharing protections.
Privacy & visibility
Keevora books are intended to be shareable, but you control whether your book is openly accessible or protected with a Share PIN. Remember that a public link can be opened by anyone who obtains the link.
For sensitive memories, use the private/PIN option and avoid placing the PIN directly beside the public book link.
What Keevora can and cannot support
Keevora support is focused on problems that are directly related to the Keevora website, books, sharing features, accounts, and other services provided by Keevora. If something happens outside of Keevora, we may not be able to investigate, recover, or take responsibility for it.
This includes issues involving third-party websites or services, external accounts, social media accounts, Discord servers, internet providers, devices, operating systems, browsers, or links that are not controlled by Keevora. For example, if an external account is suspended, deleted, compromised, or loses access, that matter must be handled with the service that owns that account.
Likewise, Keevora cannot guarantee what happens to a link, file, account, or content after it leaves Keevora or is shared through another platform. Always keep important memories and account information backed up when appropriate.
Roles
Roles are part of Keevora's identity and community system. They help recognize the people who are part of the project and the different ways they may be involved with Keevora.
Role hierarchy
The highest role in Keevora. It represents the founder of the project and stands at the top of the Keevora role hierarchy.
A community-focused role for people who help keep the Keevora community organized, welcoming, and respectful.
A special recognition role for selected members of the Keevora community.
A role for people, creators, or projects that have an official connection or partnership with Keevora.
A recognition role for people who supported Keevora during its early stages.
The standard role for people who are part of the Keevora community and use the platform.
Additional role names may be created for special groups, events, collaborations, or other forms of recognition.
Badges & verification
Keevora uses a small profile badge to show recognition without placing a role label beside the account name.
What appears beside a name?
If an account has a badge, its badge icon appears beside the name. Hover over the icon to see the badge name.
If an account is verified but has no Keevora badge, a simple checkmark appears instead. This indicates that the account is verified and is a member of Keevora.
Available badges
- ♛ Founder — the highest recognition in the Keevora role hierarchy.
- ✦ Contributor — recognizes people who contributed to Keevora.
- ★ Early Supporter — recognizes early supporters of the project.
- ◆ Partner — recognizes official partners.
- ✿ Special Member — recognizes selected members.
- Custom badges — additional badge names and icons can be created for special recognition.

Troubleshooting
My changes are not showing
Make sure the save action on the page you are editing has completed. Then refresh the page or reopen the book.
My uploaded image is not showing
Check that the upload completed successfully and try refreshing the editor. If the issue continues, try a smaller supported image file.
A protected book will not open
Make sure you are using the correct Share PIN. If the owner changed the protection settings, the old PIN may no longer work.
I found a bug
When reporting a problem, include the page you were using, what you expected, what actually happened, and—if possible—the device/browser you were using. This makes debugging much faster.
